Carta de Donatien Rochambeau, General de División y Comandante de los Departamentos del Sur y del Oeste, al General de División Dessalines notificando que aprobó sus indicaciones sobre los caminosque se debían abrir. Recomienda severidad contra los perezosos para incrementar beneficios agrícolas. Insta apartar a Castra del Regimiento de Dragones y seguir el consejo del General Brunet. Acorde al calendario republicano, la fecha es 17 pradeal año 10.

Letter from Donatien Rochambeau, Major General and Commander of the Departments of the South and West, to Major General Dessalines notifying that he approved Dessalines' indications about the roads should be oppened. He recommends strictness against the lazy to increase agricultural benefits. He urges, to remove Castra from the Regiment of Dragoons and follow General Brunet's advice.
