Letter from Major General and Commander of the North Division, Hardy, to Major General Jean Baptiste Salme indicating that he was sending a copy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs' letter to the Minister Plenipotentiary of the French Republic in Portugal, announcing the good news of the signing of the Peace Treaty between France and England.
