Carta de Faustino I, Emperador de Haití, al Ministro de Finanzas. Le indicaba que quiere tener cuanto antes las instrucciones y poderes que se le habían otorgado a los señores Rouanez, Frémont y Daumec, para su misión a Francia con el objetivo de negociar el préstamo de 1825. Le señala que si no tiene la información, la tiene que buscar en los archivos.

Letter from Faustino I, Emperor of Haiti, to the Minister of Finance. It states that he wants to have the instructions and powers granted to Messrs. Rouanez, Frémont, and Daumec as soon as possible for their mission to France to negotiate the 1825 loan. He pointed out that he will search in the archives if he does not have said information.
